Where can official tickets be purchased?
Official tickets are available only through the ticketing platform announced by the Promoter.
What is the ticket purchase limit?
Each account or ID may purchase a maximum of 4 tickets.
Are tickets refundable or cancellable?
No. Tickets are non refundable and cannot be changed, exchanged, or cancelled unless otherwise officially stated by the Promoter.
Can line-up changes be grounds for a refund?
No. Changes to the line up, performance schedule, or other programme elements do not automatically qualify for a refund unless otherwise officially stated by the Promoter.

Is re-entry allowed?
No. Attendees may enter only once through the designated gate. Once they leave the concert area, re-entry will not be permitted.
Are there age restrictions?
Children under 8 years old are not allowed to attend. Attendees aged 8–12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged at least 18. Standing areas are strictly for attendees aged 13 and above.
Can tickets be collected by a representative?
Yes. Representative ticket collection is permitted for all categories, provided the required Letter of Attorney and identification documents are submitted in accordance with the Promoter's policy.

Yes. Photos and videos using personal mobile phones are allowed as long as they do not disrupt the performance or the comfort of other attendees.
